Huellitas' parents and killer wanted

The Special Operations Reporters Mexico account has issued a search bulletin for the young girl and her two parents, Maria Ortiz and Gustavo Reyes Banda (stepfather), offering a reward of 250,000 pesos for information leading to the minor's whereabouts and 50,000 pesos for each of the parents. In Mexico, the law against animal abuse establishes penalties of up to two years in prison, however, since the girl is a minor, many doubt that the punishment will be severe for the young woman, who is currently a fugitive from justice.
