Russian oil refinery fire after alleged drone attack

A fire that broke out at Afipsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region was likely caused by a drone, the region's governor said. The refinery lies 50 miles east of the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk, one of Russia's most important oil export gateways.
