#VIDEO: Two INM agents are videotaped beating a migrant in Chiapas

Two agents of the #INM beat and subdued a #migrant who was trying to avoid being detained at the Malpasito toll booth, in Raudales Malpaso, #Chiapas. Both elements were discharged and a complaint will be filed with the Public Prosecutor's Office.
