Kid Almost Gets Hit By Car When School Bus is Stopped

A kid crossing the street almost gets hit by a car that passed a stopped school bus. North Carolina State Highway Patrol arrested the driver who has since posted bond. The Iredell-Statesville School District said in a statement, “Drivers must stop their cars and wait until the red lights stop flashing, the extended stop arm is withdrawn, and the bus begins moving before they can start driving again.”
