Ovidio Guzmán's capture

The Secretary of National Defense, General Luis Cresencio Sandoval, confirmed the arrest of Ovidio 'N'. He detailed that the operation achieved his arrest after "six months of reconnaissance and surveillance work". After the arrest, cells of the Sinaloa Cartel carried out 19 blockades and armed aggressions throughout Culiacán, including at the airport.
