Death toll rises from fierce winter storm, but a warm-up is on the way

The winter storm that brought snow, ice and a deep freeze to much of the U.S. over the holiday weekend is blamed for more than three dozen deaths. CBS News' Tanya Rivero has the latest on the storm's impact, and Weather Channel meteorologist Jordan Steele says the forecast includes milder temperatures and another storm on the West Coast.
