Doctors at the Kyiv Heart Institute have managed to save a child's life during heart surgery as power outages hit the hospital. They were able to successfully complete the operation thanks to a generator. On Wednesday the Russian military launched a new attack on infrastructure across the country. In Kyiv, where several explosions have been recorded, at least three people have been killed and the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, has announced that the city is currently without water and electricity supply.
