San Pedro Tapanatepec collapses due to massive arrival of migrants

The municipal authority of San Pedro Tapanatepec, in Oaxaca, estimates that close to 13 thousand migrants remain stranded in this town in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, awaiting the mobility permit issued by the National Institute of Migration (INM).
