17-Year-Old Shot by Texas Police Officer at McDonald’s

A San Antonio police officer has been fired, following the shooting of a 17-year-old. Bodycam footage shows the former officer, identified as James Brennand, walk over to a car, “abruptly” open the door, and order the teen out.
