French actresses and singers cut their hair in solidarity with Iranian women

French singers, activists and actresses such as Oscar-winning Juliette Binoche, Marion Cotillard and Charlotte Gainsbourg released a video Wednesday in which they appear cutting off strands of their hair in solidarity with Iranian women, amid protests in the Islamic Republic sparked by the death of young Mahsa Amini after being detained by the morality police.
