Obrador sends letter to Biden in response to complaints about energy policy

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador today sent a letter to his U.S. counterpart, Joe Biden, in response to complaints about Mexico's energy reform and assured that they must take care "to have a good relationship, but do not treat us or let them treat us like a colony because Mexico is an independent, free, sovereign country".
