President Andrés Manuel López Obrador highlighted that the US and Canadian market is the most important in the world, but if having access to it implies ceding sovereignty, he will not accept it after complaints from both countries regarding the country's energy policy after requesting consultations for the solution of differences under the T-MEC, although he pointed out that "there will be no rupture of the treaty".
