Former Miss Mexico arrested for the theft of 45 million bottles of wine in Spain

Priscila Lara, a former Mexican beauty queen, was arrested in Croatia accused of stealing 45 bottles of wine worth 1.65 million euros (about 35 million Mexican pesos) in Spain, last October 27, 2021. The robbery was carried out in complicity with a Romanian-Dutch citizen and executed at the El Atrio hotel in the Spanish city of Cáceres.
