Wanted buttock surgery, but was injected with car oil

Paula Flores saved for two years to pay for a buttock surgery as a birthday present. However, the gift turned into a nightmare when she discovered that she was operated by pseudo-surgeons who injected car oil into her buttocks. The National Commission of Medical Arbitration (CONAMED) asks that in view of the increase of this type of negligent procedures, the professional license of the doctors should be verified before undergoing surgery.
