Subway Line 2 passengers evicted due to power failure

Through its social networks, the Mexico City Metro informed about the suspension of service on the superficial part of Line 2, from Tasqueña station to San Antonio Abad station. At the moment only provisional service is provided from Pino Suarez to Cuatro Caminos and vice versa. This is due to a power failure at the Xola-Villa de Cortés interstation; Metro technical personnel are working to normalize service. In order to carry out maintenance services, about 500 people were evicted from a train and had to walk along the tracks.
