How pickpockets operate in the Toluca Bus Terminal

Pickpockets who have women, young people and children in their ranks, and who operate outside the Toluca City Bus Terminal in the State of Mexico, are protected by the leaders of the informal commerce in the area and by the municipal government authorities.
