Texas shooter warned of intentions before going to Uvalde school

A shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, left 19 children and two teachers dead, in addition to the shooter who was allegedly shot by police. Authorities reported that the assailant, identified as Salvador Ramos, entered the school in a pickup truck and fired shots in only one classroom.
