Entrepreneur denounces DiDi to the prosecutor's office for theft of her merchandise

Social networks have become the best tool to echo a complaint or denunciation that affects a person or a group of individuals. This is the case of an entrepreneur who took advantage of the social network Tik Tok to visualize her complaint against the transportation platform DiDi after allegedly a driver of this app stole her merchandise and to date she has yet to receive a response, despite even suing them before the Mexico City prosecutor's office. Currently, the social network Tik Tok is one of the platforms that registers millions of users worldwide, where Statista highlights that today it registers since the end of 2020, one thousand 135 million users worldwide and it is expected to continue an upward trajectory. Likewise, according to data from a recent report by We Are Social and Hootsuite, social networks currently have 4.62 billion network users worldwide, which represents a year-on-year growth of more than 10 percent. Given this data, it is normal to understand that Internet users use these platforms to denounce their problems and point out the brands they consume that do not provide them with a good experience. The entrepreneur identified in TikTok as @nanamintsita recorded herself explaining her situation with the transport application, after hiring its delivery services for a merchandise of her enterprise named Nana Mintsita. "Today I used the DiDi platform to send merchandise from my business, the driver never delivered anything when he arrived at the end point. Despite the fact that I have already filed the corresponding reports and complaints with the Mexico City Prosecutor's Office, I have not had a clear response from DiDi or the Prosecutor's Office," explains the young woman in her video shared on TikTok. The entrepreneur highlights that the merchandise stolen by the app driver "represents a year of months of work that will impact me, my mom and a team of more than 40 women embroiderers with whom we collaborate. We are desperate and I need all of us to put pressure on each other". Likewise, the TikTok user shared with Merca 2.0 that the service was contracted yesterday, Wednesday, May 4, at 11:49 a.m., and to date she has not received any information about her products, which consist of "two suitcases, one blue and the other purple, full of merchandise from my enterprise".
