Man who was robbed twice in less than five minutes in Cali speaks out

Armando Mejía, who works in downtown Cali, told El País details of the two robberies he was the victim of on Thursday. The criminals left him without a cell phone and stole the money he was going to give to his wife, who is ill in a city hospital.
