NYC Police name suspect in the Brooklyn subway shooting

New York City Police have named a suspect in the Brooklyn subway shooting. Authorities now say Frank Robert James has been upgraded from person of interest to suspect. Ten people were shot and 13 others injured after James allegedly opened fire on the N train heading to Manhattan. The shooter wore a gas mask threw two smoke canisters before firing 33 shots into the train car.
