The former PAN presidential candidate, Ricardo Anaya, did not show up for the hearing he had scheduled at the Federal Criminal Justice Center of Reclusorio Norte, because he was not in Mexico, leaving open the possibility that the Attorney General's Office (FGR) may request an arrest warrant for him.
