This Woman Built an Elevator for Her Cat!

A 28-year-old broadcast assistant solved the problem of having an outdoor cat living in a first floor flat, by making a makeshift lift for her cat Chewie to use. She made the lift using a cat carrier and rope so she could give him the freedom he deserves. Chewie climbs into the carrier before the woman lowers the cat from her window, down to the ground outside her first floor flat. Upon reaching the ground, Chewie climbs out and begins to wander around and explore the area.
