#OMG: Journalists Show Bruises After Being Beaten by the Taliban

While covering a women’s protest, 22-year-old Tagi Daryabi and a colleague were arrested and detained by the Taliban. When they got to the police station, Daryabi says he and his colleague heard screams from a nearby room, likely that of others being beaten as well. The Taliban also attacked women who were marching for their rights, reportedly beating them with batons. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
