Storm Olaf forms off the coast of Jalisco

The National Meteorological Service announced the formation of tropical storm Olaf off the coast of Jalisco. The agency of the National Water Commission (Conagua) explained that at 10:00 a.m. central Mexico time, Olaf developed from Tropical Depression Fifteen-E, approximately 255 kilometers southwest of Cabo Corrientes, Jalisco, and 510 kilometers south-southeast of Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.
