Former Puebla pre-candidate arrested for displaying inappropriate photos with his daughter

José Elías Medel Galindo, former candidate of Movimiento Ciudadano in San Martin Texmelucan was arrested by authorities of the Attorney General's Office of Puebla for the crime of pedophilia against his minor daughter.
