Caro Quintero, the most wanted by the DEA; followed by "Mayo" Zambada

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) reported on its website that it is offering up to $20 million as a reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Rafael Caro Quintero, founder of the Guadalajara Cartel, and that among its most wanted list is also Ismael Zambada Garcia of the Sinaloa Cartel.
