Alex, under 3 years old, survived after nearly drowning in Tabasco floods

For the Rivera Nuñez family, the flood water in Tabasco not only took away their possessions, but also the tranquility of seeing little Alex running in their backyard. On Tuesday afternoon, when they returned home to try to rescue what little the flood had left them, after a week of living by the side of the road, 3-year-old Alexis fell into the water during a brief lapse of time.
