Grandpa pleads guilty to his granddaughter's death on a cruise

Chloe Wiegand's grandfather pled guilty to negligent homicide one year after the tragedy where his 18-month-old granddaughter died after falling out of a window on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. With the settlement, Salvatore Anello is free from jail.
