Building collapse crushes a crane

The demolition of this building did not go as planned. Gretchen Moore and her boyfriend Eric Thomas-Hill were on the WCU campus in North Carolina when they witnessed an accident during the demolition of Scott and Walker's student residences. The crane that was excavating the building hit an unstable part which caused an unplanned collapse of debris that ended up falling on the crane. It was other members of the demolition team who rushed the crane out of the building using much smaller cranes.
