#DonaldTrump paid no income tax in 10 of last 15 years: NY Times

US President Donald Trump reportedly paid just $750 in federal income taxes the year he ran for president, and in his first year in the White House. The New York Times says it has obtained 20 years’ worth of tax data covering Trump and the companies that make up his business organisation. The paper also says Trump did not pay any income taxes in 10 of the past 15 years, mostly because he reported significant losses every year. Trump, who has long refused to make his tax filings public, responded to the report by saying: “It’s totally fake news. Made up.”
