Tense confrontation between Russian and U.S. military in Syria

The U.S. Army tried to block the passage for a Russian patrol in Hasaka province in northeast Syria on August 26. The Russian Ministry of Defense noted that U.S. forces had been informed in advance about the passage of the Russian military convoy.
