Elderly man in wheelchair causes major traffic jam in tunnel in Spain

An elderly man in a motorised wheelchair caused a major traffic jam in a tunnel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain) on 28 July. The police had to escort the old man to the exit of the tunnel to avoid an accident.
