Earthquake leaves severe damage in Alaska
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, Alaska was hit by an earthquake measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale at a depth of 28 kilometers. The epicenter was located in the sea, 105 kilometers south-southwest of Perryville, Alaska.
