Massacre in #Irapuato leaves at least 24 dead

At least 24 bodies were found dead Wednesday inside an irregular rehabilitation center in Irapuato, Guanajuato state, according to the Public Safety Secretariat. Without giving further details, Security Secretary Pedro Cortes told local media that there were dead and injured. Fernando del Rincón has more information.
