12-Year-Old Pens Protest Song Following #GeorgeFloyd Death

In the wake of the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers, angry cries for justice erupted across the country as protests turned to riots. Police shot rubber bullets and tear gas into crowds as a Minneapolis police precinct was pelted with bricks and bottles. In Los Angeles, protesters covered the front of LAPD headquarters with anti-cop graffiti. Keedron Bryant, the 12-year-old singer who appeared on “Little Big Shots,” wrote a gripping protest gospel song, “I Just Wanna Live.”
