13 sailors on US aircraft carrier test #COVID19 positive for 2nd time

Thirteen sailors aboard a US aircraft carrier, Theodore Roosevelt, who had apparently recovered from coronavirus and had received negative test results, have tested positive for the virus for a second time. Reportedly, the sailors have previously gone through at least two weeks of isolation. The aircraft carrier was among the first US Navy ships to report COVID-19 cases.
