Girls have been known to form 'pregnancy pacts', whereby they all get knocked up together. Teen birth rates had declined for 14 years, before climbing again in 2005. In fact, the United States leads in teen pregnancy among industrialized nations. Teen mother Bristol Palin has recorded a public service announcement to warn teens against pregnancy. Joining her in the PSA was 'The Situation'.
