Donald Trump angry with Mexico for migrant caravan will reduce aid to Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador

Donald Trump said on Monday that he alerted the Army and federal border authorities because the caravan of migrants from Honduras is a national emergency, and announced that it will start reducing aid to Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.
