Funny Trademark and Tries

Hasbro just trademarked the scent of Play-Doh. The oh-so-familiar scent of childhood made the legal cut, but it was a no-go for some other trademark tries. Think "Snooki", "You're Fired" and Walmart's iconic smiley face.
