Why Is Chile Burning?

The country of Chile has been faced with wildfires that have annihilated almost 290,000 acres of forests. Most would say that the fires were caused by the occasional dry season only lasting longer than usual, however, locals are saying the government is to blame for irresponsible prevention programs.
