Presented at "El Chapito Leal" of the Sinaloa Cartel

Octavio Leal, alias "The Chapito Leal", "El Güero", "Daffy" or "The Killer" operator of the Cartel from Sinaloa and six of his aides were captured on 10 March in the Cologne Cacho in Tijuana, after an operation implemented by the State preventive police and the Mexican army.
