20-year-old Mexican prepares to travel to Mars

Mexican Yair Israel Piña López, who at 20 years became NASA's youngest investigator, will now be part of the 180-man crew at the Mars Desert Research Station. Because of his excellent academic record, the young student of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) will participate from April 29 to May 14 in a work mission in which it will be under conditions similar to those of the red planet.
