Signing of Peace in Colombia

Cartagena de Indias living a historic day Monday. After more than half a century of armed conflict between the FARC and the Colombian government, the Caribbean city is witnessing the signing of peace between the two sides. "Welcome all, feel at home. You know that Cartagena is our jewel, the 'heroic city' no longer only be heroic but will be the 'city of peace'," said President Juan Manuel Santos.
