Argentina caused outrage in the emergence of a social media recording in which the unexplainable and cowardly attack suffered by a man on a public street is appreciated. The images show a young lowering of a car and then go running and lunging and take the floor to a humble guy who was walking down a street in Buenos Aires. Responsible for aggression portrayed in the controversial video was a rugby player identified as Julian Cirigliano. The young man and his accomplices belonged to Club Cirano.
