In the video, the woman tells the camera that "the police just shot my boyfriend for no apparent reason," plus her boyfriend had a license to carry weapons and was trying to get his identification and wallet when the officer shot him. His family identified him as Philando Castile, 32, and said they had died shortly after arriving at hospital.
