12yearold Delivers Beautiful Speech About Witnessing His Moms Marry In Utah

Last Friday, 12-year-old Riley Hackford-Peer, delivered an emotional speech at a marriage equality rally at Utah's capitol in Salt Lake City attended by 1,800 people. Riley, whose moms were able to marry in the window before the Supreme Court put a stay on a lower court ruling striking down the state's ban on same-sex marriage, said that moment felt like "fireworks bursting in my heart."
