Police brutally beats a young boy in Argentina

A new case of police torture shocked Argentina. A video dated October 2012 shows as a young man known as 'Zancudo', which allegedly had a criminal record, was brutally assaulted by a policeman in the city of Oran, in the province of Salta. The officer and three other officers involved in torture were suspended from their posts, according to local media. The victim declined to press charges for fear of reprisals.
