Young genius carves a woman of 19 years in Tlatelolco Mexico

Javier Mendez Ovalle, outstanding student of the Centers Science and Technology Studies (CECyT) National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) Physics and National Champion, is wanted by the Attorney General of the DF (PGJDF) for the crime of murder because he states suspected of the murder of a young woman of 19, whose body was found last June 30 in Tlatelolco.
