The plan they wanted to carry out in November was to strangle Bieber and his bodyguard after his concert sold out Madison Square Garden in New York with ties and then castrate them. This news has caused dismay that there are people who seek to hurt Justin Bieber. but this does not step beyond a plot and the people behind this plan will receive their punishment. Bieber's manager spoke with U.S. Weekly and said, "We take every precaution to ensure that Justin and fans are protected."
