CCTV VIDEO Drilling Rig Swallowed Up In Disused Mine Shaft Collapse

A mine shaft has collapsed leaving a 75ft-wide crater in back gardens forcing families to flee their homes. 8 houses had to be evacuated after the hole opened up while a drilling rig was being used to cap the former iron ore mine with concrete. A worker had to be rescued as he was harnessed to the machine and became trapped in the shaft.
